🙋 About VO Lab

During this internship, you will join VO Lab, our service dedicated to co-creativity. We support VO Group and its clients through innovation and collaboration processes by bringing together participants – internal and external – with diverse creative profiles and perspectives to generate new ideas and solutions.

What’s co-creativity? “The production of new and useful ideas by a group of participants in a defined framework.” Unlike “closed innovation”, we involve external contributors whose expertise complements the topic. Poets and comedians to name a new service? Absolutely. We build bridges between disciplines and within ecosystems to generate engagement and shared ownership.

🤓 About the internship: mission & key responsabilities

You will support the creation of a new collaborative educational tool aimed at helping professionals in the event and communication sectors better understand and act on the social and environmental impacts of their activities.
This tool will be tested and deployed internally (VO Group) and externally (clients, partners, prospects).

Your missions will include:

✍🏻 Content research & pedagogical enrichment

  • Search for real-life examples of good and bad practices in event-related sustainability
(e.g., case of inaccessible event, overproduction of giveaways, best practices for waste sorting)
  • Collect relevant controversies and ethical dilemmas from the sector
(e.g., greenwashing, inclusion/exclusion issues, use of public space)
  • Integrate key figures and data into the storytelling
(e.g., carbon footprint of a hybrid event, statistics on audience diversity, CSR trends in the industry)

🎨 Design & structuring of the tool

  • Draft clear and attractive presentation materials
(e.g., slide decks for facilitators, printed or digital cards, workshop flow outlines)
  • Help structure the facilitation kit: steps, tips, visuals, supporting tools
(e.g., scenario examples, role cards, feedback templates)
  • Assist in testing sessions and incorporate feedback from facilitators or participants

📣 Communication & dissemination

  • Design communication supports to promote the tool internally and externally
(e.g., one-pager, short introduction video, visuals for social media or presentations)
  • Help define the dissemination strategy: key targets, messaging, channels
(e.g., internal training sessions, external workshops with partners, pilot sessions with prospects)

🔎 Strategic monitoring & benchmarking

  • Conduct benchmarking of pedagogical tools based on systems thinking and event sustainability
  • Explore methods of inclusive facilitation and collaborative learning tool

👥 (Optional) Workshop support & facilitation

  • Support the preparation, organization and logistics of co-creation workshops
  • Join the facilitation team for note-taking, documentation, or co-animation
(e.g., creative ideation sessions, feedback collection rounds, workshop debriefs)
