The Account Manager ensures that every project runs smoothly (on time, on budget, and on brand). Acting as the operational backbone of the agency, the AM applies and safeguards The Little Voice’s processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and efficiency at every stage of production.
The AM coordinates the work of experts (strategists, creatives, connection planners, designers, and producers), making sure each team member has the right resources, timing, and means to deliver excellence. They are accountable for the project’s financial health; from defining budget allocations to ensuring that margins are achieved.
Beyond project coordination, the Account Manager is the key commercial partner for the client: nurturing the relationship, identifying opportunities, and proactively guiding clients toward impactful and innovative solutions.
They bring a strong understanding of the advertising and communication industry, curiosity for new trends, and genuine passion for creative and strategic innovation.
While not responsible for creative or strategic decisions and outputs, they ensure that all deliverables align with the client’s brand guidelines, objectives, and communication realities. They report to the Business Director and strictly apply all administrative and financial processes of the agency.
