đ About the role:
As our Account Manager â Incentives, Meetings, and Event Creation, youâll oversee the end-to-end execution of high-impact corporate events and experiences. From strategic planning to onsite execution, you’ll ensure every detail is flawlessly delivered and aligned with both client goals and our creative vision.
đŒ Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of incentive programs, corporate meetings, and unique events
- Collaborate directly with clients to define objectives, budgets, and tailor-made solutions
- Manage detailed project timelines, logistics, and financial tracking
- Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high performance and smooth operations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Bring innovative and strategic thinking to the table to elevate the participant experience
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle
- Represent the company at industry events and support brand positioning
đ§© What weâre looking for:
- Proven experience in operations/project management in the MICE industry
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
- A mix of operational rigor and creative flair
- Budget management experience and an eye for cost-efficiency
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and solve problems on the fly
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory â additional languages are a plus!
