đŸ€“ About the job: mission & key responsabilities

Love creating content? Always filming, editing, or coming up with fresh ideas for posts and videos?

As a Content Specialist, you’ll turn those skills into a job. You’ll be writing, filming, editing, and making stories that get people talking – for our clients and for The Little Voice. Whether it’s shooting short videos with a smartphone, writing killer captions, or briefing audiovisual teams on bigger productions, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

No formal experience? No problem. If you’ve created content, whether for a personal project, social media, or school, you’re in the right place. This is a starter-level position, perfect for someone fresh out of college, self-taught, or simply ready to make content creation their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage content calendars, integrating video projects with social media content for clients and The Little Voice.
  • Implement mobile-first content creation strategies, including smartphone filming, optimized editing, and platform-specific formatting.
  • Write engaging copy for posts, video scripts, and captions, ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms.
  • Provide clear and detailed briefings to external audiovisual teams, ensuring projects align with content strategy.
  • Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Analyze content performance and leverage insights to refine strategies and optimize engagement.
  • Keep an eye on trends shaping content creation, incorporate in projects and keep the agency informed.
  • Use AI-based techniques to facilitate content production throughout the process (in a responsible way) and report back / share to the team on innovation and opportunities.

 

đŸ€  About the profile: qualification and skills – Do you fit for the role?

  • Entry-level position
  • Experience in social media content creation and video production.
  • Proficiency in smartphone filming techniques and video editing software.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple timelines and coordinate with external partners.
  • Creative copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a strong eye for brand tone and engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools to inform content decisions.
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French + English (C2 level).
