🌍 About the role:
As our Account Manager – Incentives, Meetings, and Event Creation, you’ll oversee the end-to-end execution of high-impact corporate events and experiences. From strategic planning to onsite execution, you’ll ensure every detail is flawlessly delivered and aligned with both client goals and our creative vision.
💼 Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of incentive programs, corporate meetings, and unique events
- Collaborate directly with clients to define objectives, budgets, and tailor-made solutions
- Manage detailed project timelines, logistics, and financial tracking
- Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high performance and smooth operations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Bring innovative and strategic thinking to the table to elevate the participant experience
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle
- Represent the company at industry events and support brand positioning
🧩 What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in operations/project management in the MICE industry
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
- A mix of operational rigor and creative flair
- Budget management experience and an eye for cost-efficiency
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and solve problems on the fly
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory – additional languages are a plus!
