What if activation sparks lasting behavior change?

Project description

How can we open our minds to diverse ways of encouraging more responsible behaviors around mobility and safety in Brussels? With only 28% of intentions actually put into practice, it’s clear that experience and habit disruption must be intentionally triggered.

VO Lab facilitated a collaborative session to challenge existing campaigns and explore fresh activation ideas, providing comprehensive insights into behavior change initiatives. This collective reflection allowed us to draw valuable lessons for future projects and develop a broader vision moving forward.

The participatory methodology transformed the failure finding (72% of intentions not realized) into collective innovation opportunity.

Result

A rethought activation toolkit to overcome the intention-action gap. Habit disruption mechanisms identified and collaboratively tested, offering a renewed approach to sustainably trigger behavioral changes in urban mobility and safety.
