VO MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) was born from the idea to provide an all-inclusive service that supports the organisation of your meetings, conferences, incentives and more in a sustainable way.
It is a facilitator that delivers the toolbox needed to assess available venues, suppliers, feasibility, rates, and conditions in a record time. The platform will be available soon as well and your meetings and events organisation will become a matter of clicks.
Because we put the environment at the heart of our activities, VO MICE will closely collaborate with My Impact Tool® to measure the impact of your meetings and events and report on best practices and tips for the future (such as carbon footprint calculation, carbon compensation etc).

VO MICE is complementary to VO Event
VO MICE is addressing “everyday” kind of meetings and events that don’t involve big venues (>200 persons), light and sound engineers, or preparation to find the right speakers, get event permits, launch registration or order your menu.
The leader of this new VO service is Wim Nicolaï. Wim entered the MICE industry in the late 90s as a hotelier and has identified the lack of proper support to the organizers of corporate seminars and meetings, functional business events, congresses, fairs and more.
In this light, VO MICE is here to support the often-overlooked segment of the hospitality industry.
