We’re hiring – HR Coordinator (6-month fixed-term contract) 

 

We are looking for a meticulous, structured and highly reliable HR Coordinator to join our HR team. 

Brussels-born and based, VO is one of Belgium’s leading communication groups, known for impactful campaigns, event management, digital marketing, and graphic design and in this role you will contribute to all areas of Human Resources — both hard HR and soft HR — while supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the group. 

You will play a central role in the team, ensuring the smooth running of HR operations and acting as the go-to contact for employees on day-to-day HR matters. 

 

🎯 Your role 

Working closely with the HR Director, you will be involved in several operational HR areas: 

✔️ HR administration and follow-up
✔️ Daily support for employees and managers
✔️ Coordination of HR processes (onboarding, training, performance reviews, well-being initiatives…)
✔️ Participation in recruitment activities 

You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth organisation and follow-up of HR operations.
