After two years of Covid, it was high time to give IBA employees a chance to reconnect. The company wanted to bring all its Brussels-based staff together for a relaxed day full of surprises. It was an opportunity to thank its employees for the good times they have had at IBA over the years and to value their commitment. But the day was also an opportunity to get to know colleagues across Belgium as well as those based in other countries. IBA has more than 1600 employees spread over three continents.

Result
After an inspiring plenary session on the company’s past and future, the floor was given to employees. 35 employee portraits from around the world were drawn up in advance, to share the IBA culture as experienced by employees. Why do they work there? What are they contributing to? What are the company’s values? It was a wonderful, touching occasion that continued through the reception and into the evening, where these 35 portraits were brought to life in digital boards spread around the room, creating points of access to a virtual portal to learn more about each of these individuals.
Today, these portals have been distributed among the various IBA offices, to convey this corporate culture, while promoting the company’s values.
