Project description

How can a newly formed team align around a shared understanding of trust to build stronger relationships internally and with clients? 

This Lab session offered a unique opportunity to collectively explore the complex and multifaceted concept of trust: its drivers, barriers, and contextual nature. Through group discussions, icebreakers, and a didactic approach, participants shared personal and professional perceptions of trust, examining emotional, rational, and environmental factors. 

This deep dive aimed to create shared understanding to strengthen internal alignment and feed future strategic positioning work. The participatory methodology transformed an abstract concept into concrete foundation for collective action. 

Result

An exhaustive mapping of trust levers and barriers, co-constructed and shared by the entire team. This common foundation becomes a strategic asset for strengthening internal cohesion and developing more authentic and lasting client relationships.
