Pascal Kemajou takes on the role of commercial director at The Little Voice

The Little Voice agency is strengthening its team with the appointment of Pascal Kemajou as Commercial Director. With over 30 years of experience in the communications sector, Pascal brings his valuable expertise to the agency, honed within both international organisations and innovative local agencies.

Having worked with major agencies such as Saatchi, Lowe, and Air, Pascal is best known for his key role in the development of Happiness Brussels, which he joined in 2007 shortly after its founding, and where he spent 15 years. As a partner, he led commercial relations and supported its rapid growth, helping to establish it as a creative benchmark in Belgium and beyond.

Following his latest experience within the international BBDO network, he has now chosen to return to more local roots:
“When I discovered The Little Voice, I felt the same energy as in the early days of Happiness: a fresh approach, a strong commitment to inclusivity and diversity, and above all, a desire to make a positive impact on the world through creativity.”

His approach to creativity strikes a balance between intuition, method, and agility. He moves forward with clarity and focus, skilfully turning ideas into concrete projects – whether in advertising or entrepreneurship.
