VO Group turns the page to a new chapter

By combining expertise, creativity, responsibility, and inclusion, VO is looking confidently to the future. This is not just a strategic shift, but a real vision of turning challenges into opportunities.

New HQ in the heart of Brussels

The 7th of November marked a special moment for us: we officially presented our new HQ in the heart of Brussels to our customers.

This move marks much more than a change of scenery; it is a symbolic turning point, a way of reaffirming our vision: to be close to our customers while remaining open to the world. ‘This new headquarters reflects our agility, our ability to innovate and to support our customers in a context where proximity is essential,’ explained the CEOs, Alexandre Velleuer and Xavier Vincent.

At the heart of this transformation? A reorganisation into three distinct and complementary agencies

VO Event, the events agency

VO Event, the Group’s oldest entity, continues to evolve to offer engaging and sustainable experiences. Under the leadership of Isabelle De Schryver (General Manager), and with talents such as Fabian Vanhouche (Executive Creative Director), Guillaume Anciaux (Team Leader), and Wim Nicolaï (Bid Manager), the agency transforms each event into a unique experience that inspires, mobilises and creates a lasting impact.

The Little Voice, the creative agency

The Little Voice is the result of a recent merger between VO Citizen and VOICE, and brings a creative and human approach to each project, placing sustainability and inclusion at its heart. Headed by Philippe De Wulf (General Manager), and supported by Laurie Lacourt (Executive Creative Director) and Nicolas Vanderseypen (Digital Director), this agency speaks to that little voice inside us that influences our choices. Together, they translate ideas into concrete, mobilising action, for campaigns that touch and transform.

VO Europe, the European agency

With over ten years’ expertise, VO Europe is a solid bridge between the institutions and the public. With its inspiring new tagline “Europe at heart” the agency is strengthening its commitment under the leadership of Michael Malengrez (General Manager), with the strategic support of Gaëlle Pellon (Head of Strategy and Business Development) and the innovative vision of Babak Hosseiny (Executive Creative Director). Together, they turn ideas into concrete, impactful actions, creating campaigns that resonate and transform.

A top-notch creative team

VO’s evolution is also supported by a strategic strengthening of its talent pool: Fabian Vanhouche for VO Event, Laurie Lacourt for The Little Voice, and Babak Hosseiny for VO Europe. These experts, drivers of creativity, embody the group’s desire to take each project beyond the usual standards.

A stronger commitment to sustainability and inclusion

Since 2015, VO has been demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and inclusion. With My Impact Tool, the group measures the environmental and social impact of each event or campaign, aligning its projects with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Far from being a simple tool, it is a philosophy that guides all the group’s actions: to make each project an opportunity to minimise negative impacts and maximise sustainable benefits.

At VO, we firmly believe that each of today’s challenges is an opportunity to build a better future. In an ever-changing world, where sustainability, inclusion and innovation are becoming imperatives, we are more than ever ready to support our customers. Whether through engaging events, creative campaigns or large-scale European initiatives, we do everything we can to turn your ideas into actions that make a difference. With our expertise, talents, and passion, we are moving forward by your side, always true to our motto: “Today – for tomorrow.
